Refund Policy

Information Products

You are eligible to get a refund for courses or digital products that reference a money-back guarantee or refund on the sales page of the product. If the product is eligible for a refund, you can get your money back within 30 calendar days after your purchase. In that case, send an email/FB message within 30 days after purchasing the product and we will initiate a refund to your bank or PayPal account. You will receive the money within a few days or weeks after the refund is issued, depending on your card issuer’s policies and processing times.

Who’s eligible for a refund?
If you have watched the course and attended at least 2 live calls and think you didn’t get the value you’ve paid for, I’ll give you a full refund within 72 hours.

If you paid the entire tuition fee upfront you can get a full refund within 30 days after placing your order. And if you signed up for the monthly installment plan, you can request a refund of your first payment within 30 days after enrolling in the class and we will cancel all remaining installments. In order to get a full refund or cancel your payment plan, send an email to b@chatbottutorial.com within 30 days after placing your order.

Since this is an interactive online class with active Facebook mastermind, ongoing support and other services, you can’t get a refund for your purchase or cancel the recurring monthly installment payments if it’s been longer than 30 days after placing your order.

All remaining installment payments have to be paid and past payments are non-refundable.

Subscriptions & Payment Plans

We do not offer refunds for any of our subscriptions or payment plans.

What is a subscription?

A subscription is a recurring billing plan for a membership or “club” that remains active until you cancel your membership. Subscription payments have no definite end of the billing cycles, they continue for as long as you stay a member. You can cancel your subscription anytime by sending an email. If you enrolled in a free 30-day trial and would like to discontinue your monthly membership without getting billed, contact us within the free 30-day trial period. We do not offer a refund for past monthly recurring payments. Contact us in due time for cancellation before the next billing period.

What is a payment plan or installments?

A payment plan is a detailed plan for paying any outstanding debts. By buying a product or service with one of our payment plans, you agree to pay back a certain amount of money each month to repay the debt. These monthly payments are called installments and are non-refundable and can’t be canceled. While subscriptions can be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle occurs, installments are to be continued until the outstanding debt is fully paid.

If you wish to pay the outstanding debt with a single payment, please contact us. In that case, you can pay off the remaining balance with one single payment and we will cancel your payment plan and installments.

Since Chatbot Tutorial is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

The following terms explain our treatment of the most regularly cited consumer issues:

Non-delivery of the product: Due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Billing department in writing within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise, the product will be considered received and/or downloaded.

Major defects: Although all our products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted to our Technical Support Team’s approval. We keep the right to rectify the error or defect. In no circumstance will the product and/or service would be refunded. (financial or otherwise).

Product not-as-described: Such issues should be reported to our Technical Support Department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. We keep the right to rectify any non-adherence to product descriptions and no refund will be offered in such a case. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.

Subscription Return Policy:

If you have subscribed to the usage of our services and/or software, you are bound by the following terms:

If you, for any conceivable reason, decide to cancel your subscription to our services AFTER you have transferred the payment (manually, by Electronic Clearing Service or automatically) for the said subscription to us, you are not liable to receive any kind of refund (financial or otherwise) from us, in lieu of of your cancellation of the said subscription.

Work-in-Progress Return Policy:

Once you establish an agreement with us on the creation and/or provision of a product and/or service, or the undertaking of a project, you are bound by the following terms:

If we have commenced work on your project according to the said agreement AFTER receiving payment from you; you cannot apply for, cannot request, and are not liable to any kind of refund (financial or otherwise), for any conceivable reason/s cited by you.

Though we professionally deliver services and attempt to satisfy our customers’ expectations without exception, some technical issues may prevent us from commencing work on your project. If the delay in beginning work on your project becomes substantial, your request for refund of payment for the concerned project will be duly considered by us.

If there is any delay in the delivery of the finished product due to factors beyond our control, you will not be entitled to any refund from us.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the preview page of each product. We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.
